Project Overview

A wearable design called for a ring with a bold spiked pattern that still flexes enough to put on comfortably. We printed it in a flexible material so the design could be worn and evaluated as a real object.

What We Made

  • A black ring with a continuous spiked pattern around its outside
  • Printed in a flexible material so it bends when worn
  • A physical prototype for checking the look, size and comfort

Why 3D Printing

Printing lets jewelry and accessory designers hold and wear a design before committing to a production method, and to try sizes and variations quickly. Share your design and we will suggest a suitable material and process.
