Electronic Device Housing

Custom 3D-printed enclosure for an electronic device: a clean rectangular housing with an integrated power-button opening.

Project Overview

An electronic product needed an enclosure around its circuit board. We printed a custom housing so the product could be assembled, handled and tested as a finished-looking device while the design was still evolving.

What We Made

  • A white rectangular housing with rounded edges and a matte finish
  • An opening sized for the device’s power button
  • A housing designed around the board and its cable exits

Why 3D Printing

Enclosures usually go through several revisions as the electronics change. Printing each version is quick, so fit and access can be checked on the real hardware before any tooling is paid for. Share your board outline or CAD and we will help you plan the enclosure.
